Account maintenance services
Please be informed that our Company has significantly modified the provisions of its business terms and conditions and fees of services related to the account maintenance service. At the same time, the services of the electronic MAILBOX and ON-LINE ORDER SUBMISSION available through the EQUILOR DIRECT system have been introduced.
Due to the significant modifications, we kindly ask you to carefully read this information sheet and let us know in due course which account maintenance and on-line services you wish to use in the future.
Changes in the account maintenance services, new packages for account maintenance
1. E-OPTIMUM - ACCOUNT MAINTENANCE SERVICE
| Maintaining client accounts and securities accounts | HUF 2,500 per quarter | Within the Optimum account maintenance service, the client will be sent confirmations on transactions and account statements in electronic pdf file format in the online mailbox provided by EQUILOR. EQUILOR will not issue the documents in paper format. |

2. STANDARD - ACCOUNT MAINTENANCE SERVICE

With the Standard services, EQUILOR DIRECT services can be used free of charge by the client. |

3. KOMFORT - ACCOUNT MAINTENANCE SERVICE
| Maintaining client accounts and securities accounts | HUF 2,500 per quarter | Within the Komfort account maintenance service, the confirmations on transactions and account statements will be prepared in physical paper format and stored by EQUILOR during the use of the service and/or until the receipt of the documents in person. The documents will not be sent by post. With the Komfort services, EQUILOR DIRECT services can be used free of charge by the client. |

*These charges will be applied from 1 July 2009.
Selection of a package for account maintenance
Due to the new services and packages for account maintenance to be introduced, Clients shall choose which services they wish to use in the future. From 1 July 2009, if no selection is made, Clients will be categorized into the STANDARD or, if posting is not requested, into the KOMFORT package of services based on the parameters set forth in their actual account contract. From this date on, the account maintenance fees indicated above - and higher than those at present - will be applied.
If the account maintenance package E-OPTIMUM is chosen, the account maintenance fee will not change.
